How to Join FAVR
Joining the Florida Alliance for Vacation Rentals is simple and affordable. Memberships start at just $75 per year — that’s only about 25 cents a day for access to valuable advocacy, education, and community.
Steps to Join:
- Select the membership category that fits your business from the drop-down menu.
- Vacation rental owners/managers choose based on the number of homes they own or manage.
- Restaurants, allied vendor partners, and other businesses select the category that best fits their role.
- Complete all required membership questions in the application.
- Add up to 10 employees or team members to your membership listing.
- Submit your application for approval (allow up to 48 hours for review).
Important Note: Contributions to FAVR under IRS section 501(c)(6) are not tax-deductible as charitable contributions, but may qualify as business expenses. Consult your tax professional.
