9:20AM-10:00AM: The Treasure Coast Short Term Rental Market

10:00AM-10:30AM: Short Term Rental Legislation/Government Affairs/Staying Compliant 

·      From Tallahassee to the Treasure Coast, the top regulatory issues, compliance hot topics and more.

10:30AM-10:45AM: Vendor spotlight: Sometimes walking up to the table can be scary. What do you ask? Are they going to sell you something before you’re allowed to leave? Don’t be scared! We seriously have some of the best vendors in the industry coming, and they’re excited to give you their sales pitch, real quick-like. If you like what they have to say, make sure you visit them at one of the many breaks!

10:45AM-11:30AM: Group Discussion On Platforms

·      Our panel talks about the top 5 areas of platform performance in today’s market. These include managed distribution, calendars, best performing listings, pricing and capturing the guest.

11:30AM-NOON: The pain points open discussion. Our moderator writes down on a white board all our audience attendees pain point comments (one sentence only), this opens the solution side of the discussion, responding to those painful points of operations. Owner discussions, contracts, chargebacks, refunds, housekeeping, etc. This becomes an open discussion and sharing session.
