About the Program
All owners and managers seeking a Vacation Rental Certification must complete the pre-requisite courses: DBPR Licensing & Human Trafficking Awareness. These two courses are required, and the Human Trafficking course is mandated by Florida State Law.
The FAVR MBA program provides credibility and certification unlike any other Florida association. Once completed, members receive a plaque, certificate, and e-badge to display professionally.

Access Testing & Certification Portal A basic MBA Certification requires 32 credits and an MBA Pro Certification requires 60 credits. Upon completion, you will receive a plaque, certificate, and e-badge to display on your website or email signature.
Program Overview
The Vacation Rental Manager MBA program started in November 2018. FAVR, working with Valencia College and industry leaders, has identified over 40 educational topics to enhance proficiency in vacation rental management. Each course is delivered online and represents 3 or 5 credits toward the Vacation Rental Management MBA Certificate.
